When it came time to put an offer in on a house, Barb helped walk us through the whole process and gave us some guidance/ideas around how to set up an offer since we had no idea what we were doing at all. Barb spent a huge amount of time helping us find a home to purchase in the Cleveland area before our move from Florida. We had a number of trips from Florida to search for a home and Bard handled the showing each time we arrived in Cleveland and provided information to us while we were in Florida.
