Windsor Woods, Broadview Heights, Ohio

Welcome to Windsor Woods in Broadview Heights, Ohio.  This lovely
subdivision was established in 1995, with the first family moving into
their custom built home in early 1996.  There are approximately 81
homes here and the majority were custom built.  The original deed restrictions called for 75% brick on the front elevation, side load garages, and a minimum of ~2800 square feet, bringing a nice consistency to the neighborhood. The majority of lots are wooded and many have a depth of 250 feet or more. The driveways are 16’ wide making it very convenient for the side load garage!
Windsor Woods is conveniently located to I77, and about 25 minutes from downtown Cleveland. There is a homeowners association with a minimal annual fee. I am treasure for the board and one of the members of the Architectural Review Board.
When these homes were being built I was one of the agents representing the builder and was involved in the construction of many of them.
