The Village of Richfield is just south of Broadview Heights in Summit County. It's a small village with just 3651 residents. It's small but packs a big punch. It is surrounded by the Cuyahoga National Park offering some fabulous hiking opportunites, such as the Ohio and Erie Canal Towpath Trail! Not to be missed is Brandywine Falls which are beautiful in any season. The Cuyahoga Scenic Valley Railroad offers fun for the whole family. They offer all kinds of train rides from simply scenic, to the Polar Express or an exciting murder mystery with a catered meal!
Plenty of restaurant options in Richfield too! Enjoy a juicy burger at Whiteys, or grab a bite and a beer at Teshner's Tavern. You can get tasty Mexican food At Cozumel's or have an upscale experience at the gorgous Michaelangelo's Winery!
Richfield is also home to the fantastic Blossom Music Center where you can often hear the world renowned Cleveland Orchestra play. The have concerts to suit all age ranges. Grab some lawn seats and bring a blanket, snacks and a beverage and you are all set for a show on a warm summer night under the starts. If sitting on a blanket does not appeal to you then get some tickets and sit inside the pavillion which can seat ~6000 people!
